Whether you agree with this selection of 50′s music or not, you have to agree that there is certainly some good music included in this video. There is just something about the music of the fifties that is not only timeless, but people of all generations seem to find it irresistible. It is just plain fun!

When you listen to these tunes, you can hear the influence that many of these artists passed on to later generations of musicians. Just think of where modern rock would be without the foundations that these artists laid down.

And just think how many of these songs have been used in movie and television sound tracks. It is amazing how spot on they are to the theme of so many shows. Again, without 1950′s music as a back drop, many movies and shows just would not feel the same.
